Yesterday you received an email saying that pedro was “now following one of your pearltree”. Actually pedro is now following every root pearl of the community. This was a “torture test” to evaluate :

• the resistance of our algorythm the “tree rank”
• what could be a spam attack
• how the living map would be affected.

It is really interesting because :

• tree rank has never stopped its dance
• the living map performed well (even if pedro was everywhere)
• And we must think about limiting these kind of behavior by limiting the number of pearls you could have around a single root.

The most interesting thing was how the community reacted. I would like to thank Louis that reacted immediately by sending me an email.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will be back to normal winthin a few days. In the meantime you can admire the dreadful black pearl in its last days.
