What do colours mean?
A blue circle always represents a connection. When one of your pearl is circled in blue, it means that at least another user is crossing you on this pearl. To identify him, you have to click on the pearl and click “Connections” in the detail window. You can thus navigate from pearltree to pearltree to discover others pearls on common interests.
When one pearltree is circled in blue, it means that that some users are following this pearltree.
In both cases, connected users belong to the same group of discussion. When a pearl or a pearltree is circled in orange it means that another user left a note on it. You’ll be notified if someone leaves a note on one of your pearl or on one of the pearltree you follow, so that you can discuss with like-minded people!
Usually the two colours are mixed. The wider the colours are spread around the pearltree, the more it is followed or commented.
